Charles C. Spagnoli
Charles C. Spagnoli was born in Syracuse, New York. He attended Yale University, graduating magna cum laude in 1991, and earned his J.D. cum laude from the Harvard Law School in 1994. Mr. Spagnoli was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995 and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York. He was also admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 2002 and has the option to return to active admission to practice before the courts of that state as needed. Mr. Spagnoli is further admitted to practice before various federal courts, including the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and the Sixth Circuits and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of New York, the Western District of New York, the Northern District of Ohio, the Southern District of Ohio, and the Northern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Onondaga County and New York State Bar Associations.
Mr. Spagnoli’s practice concentrates in civil litigation, employment, and education law. He has tried cases in various State and Federal Courts, including both jury and non-jury cases, to completion. He has further argued and written numerous appeals in both the state and federal courts, and practiced before agencies such as the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, the Ohio State Employment Relations Board, the Ohio Department of Human Resources, and the National Labor Relations Board. Prior to joining the Law Firm of Frank W. Miller, Mr. Spagnoli served as Vice President and national employment law counsel for AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, one of the largest insurers in the nation.
